Frequently Asked Questions
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking grooming appointments at least one week in advance, especially during busy periods like school holidays. For recurring dog walking, we suggest scheduling a consultation two weeks before you need services to begin.
What happens if I need to cancel?
We understand that plans change. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your appointment incur no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a fee covering our travel and scheduling costs.
Do I need to be home during the service?
For grooming, we prefer a family member to be present, at least at the start and end of the appointment. For dog walking and pet sitting, many clients provide a spare key or entry code so we can visit while they are at work.
What products do you use?
We use professional-grade, veterinarian-approved shampoos and conditioners suitable for sensitive skin. If your pet has allergies or requires specific products, please let us know and we will accommodate where possible.
Are you insured?
Yes, we carry comprehensive public liability insurance. All team members also hold enhanced DBS checks and professional certifications in animal care.
